Frankie’s a star: it’s official!

Frankie Mullis Williams, the Cartrefle Care Home Administrator, is not your run-of-the-mill type of staff member: far from it.  In fact, she’s an exceptional staff member who goes well beyond her role to help in all duties within the Home, and also supports all other Homes when requested.  On top of that, she’s a very bubbly person, who brings joy to everyone she meets.

Frankie’s always willing to go the extra mile to help her colleagues.  During the last few weeks she has travelled over to Church House to give them some administrative support work.  She put the payroll on Careblox and sorted out several issues that required some attention historically, even doing some work over the weekend to sort out a few issues.

Back at her own base, at Cartrefle, she’s also stood in for the Activities post, as well as doing some amazing work with the residents living with Dementia.

Where does she get all her energy!?

Now, all those wonderful qualities have been officially acknowledged, as Frankie has been nominated for an Akari Gold Star award.
