Armchair Activities

Once a month the church choir St Mary's in Yarm to come in to Ayresome Court to sing traditional hymns.  The residents love it, and really make an effort to join in. 

In case you didn’t know, you can do exercises sitting down!  Emma regularly does armchair exercises with the residents.  They love getting involved, using maracas and ribbons to dance with.  Never a dull moment at Ayresome!
